• There are 13 rooms in the hotel.  Each room has 2 separate beds, that are easy to be joined  and one can have single or family room with big bed. One of the rooms can be easily transformed to a triple room. 
• Each room has a shower, toilet. In the shower there is a shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer.
• Each room has air conditioning, wireless internet and a TV.
• Clients are provided with mineral water – 0.5l per person.
• The room rate includes the continental breakfast. By prior reservation, for an additional fee, you can order lunches and dinners consisting of national and European dishes. There is a choice of vegetarian menus.
• Between April and October, conference room services are available at the hotel. The capacity of the conference room is  35 people.
• On the territory of the hotel there is parking place for 6 minibuses, or 8 cars, and also there is a separate parking place for a big bus.
• There is also a yurt-bar on the territory of the hotel, where soft drinks, beer, as well as coffee and tea are offered for an additional fee.
• There is a souvenir shop on the territory of the hotel where tourists can buy postcards, souvenirs, maps of Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia, and trekking maps by regions.

• Accommodation in single room with breakfast costs 60 USD per room per night.

• Accommodation in double/twin room with breakfast costs 75 USD per room per night. 

• Accommodation in triple room with breakfast costs 85 USD per room per night.

• 50% discount on staff meals when ordering meals for a group.
• 50% discount on accommodation for experts and partners of the Customer.
• free breakfast for 2 staff members (1 guide + 1 driver) for a group of more than 5 people

• Children under 3 years old are served free of charge, without providing a separate bed.
• For children from 4 years to 12 a 30% discount is provided when placed in a separate room.

• The cost of lunch or dinner, consisting of two dishes and dessert, is 12  USD per person.
• The cost of lunchbox – 10 USD per person
• Transport from Bishkek to the hotel or back (one way) is 70 USD per car for the group of 1-3 pax.  
• Services of a local guide for a one-day excursion around the town of Kochkor in the summer season is 40  USD per group per day.
• Workshop of felt goods production is 50 USD for the group.
• Folklore show during dinner is 80 USD for the group.
• Day trip to Son-Kul Lake in the summer:

Transport – 1-3 people – 100 USD per car

Transport – 4-10 people – 140 USD for a minibus

• The booking of the accommodation or other services of the hotel can be done through the reservation section on the web site, or by e-mail info@nomad-lodge.com. Orders by phone or can be considered if the prepayment is done.

• The client is obliged to submit a request for services from the Nomad Lodge Hotel in written form, indicating the list of clients (if any), dates of arrival and departure, room categories, as well as a list of additional services.
  • In case of a guaranteed booking, the client is obliged to provide an advance payment for the first day of stay in all booked rooms or provide a guarantee of payment for services in written from.
  • If there is no prepayment with rooming list 2 weeks before the booked date, the  Hotel reserves the right to provide these numbers to other clients who have made a prepayment or provided a complete list of customers.
  • The client has the right to cancel the booking in advance (at least seven working days) without any penalties.

    The payment for the Hotel services is made in cash or by VISA card upon booking or by bank transfer within three days after receiving the invoice with the bank details indicated in it.
• The client is obliged to pay 50% of the cost of the booked rooms if he cancels the reservation five days before arrival.
• The client is obliged to pay 60% of the cost of the booked rooms if he cancels the reservation three days before arrival.
• The client is obliged to pay 70% of the cost of the booked rooms if he cancels the reservation two days before arrival.
• If the client cancels the reservation on the day of arrival, then he should  pay 100% of the cost of the booked rooms.

• Check-in time at the Hotel is 2 p.m. Rooms booked for the upcoming night will be available starting from this time.
• Check-out time is 11 pm. The rooms should be free by this time. Late departures are permissible, depending on the occupancy of the Hotel, upon prior agreement with the Client and for the additional cost.
• Hotel Nomad Lodge does not provide porter service.
• As the client left the hotel no services are provided.
